Duck Sauce – NRG (Skrillex, Kill The Noise, Milo & Otis Remix)

With the release of Duck Sauce’s long awaited album “Quack” just around the corner, Skrill, Kill The Noise, Milo & Otis teamed up to remix NRG, an upcoming single from their forthcoming album. Despite the melodic disco intro to the track, the remix quickly unfolds to reveal a bumping house beat that accentuates all contributing artist’s sounds into one big banger. Quack is expected to be released sometime in April and we couldn’t be more thrilled for some more Duck Sauce. Stay tuned!

Artificial – Stuck In Sa Caleta [Release]

After wowing us with their first release in ‘Prototype’, the supergroup of Andrew Bayer and Norin & Rad are back with another tune. ‘Stuck In Sa Caleta’  has been blowing up Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy podcasts as of late. Combining sounds of electro, progressive, and trance, this track is full of bass riffs and lovely melodies. This creation comes as a result of these three artists being stranded in Ibiza for three days. Mr. Bayer had some comical thoughts on the situation: ”Missing your flight home from Ibiza is pretty standard, but hijacking a villa and making a tune afterwards isn’t. It was pretty tight the way it worked out.” We are certainly happy with the outcome, and we cannot wait to see what this trio has in store for us next. Grab this masterpiece on BeatPort today.

Madeon – Cut The Kid [Release]

Madeon has found ways to impress the dance music industry in all facets of the game, and he’s only a mere 19 years old. What the French wonder calls, “a happy groovy production jam”, this track certainly has us starting our day with a big smile on our faces. The teen sensation uses chopped words to compliment a funky house beat to make this an outright fresh tune. Nice enough to give it away as a free download, Madeon wants you to crack the code first! Dirty Vegas – Let The Night EP [Release]

Dirty Vegas, known for their epic Grammy award winning smash hit “Days Go By,” which was released in 2001 but is still relevant to this day, are back with a new single titled “Let The Night.” This british house music trio, consisting of Paul Harris, and singer Steve Smith are a unique combination of producers and vocalists, which really breaks the mold when it comes to most acts in the electronic dance music industry. The single is released via d:vision and includes remixes by Sharam Jey, Vanilla Ace and Betoko. Dirty Vegas does not disappoint with this heartfelt melodic nu-disco tune, and the remixes are to boot. Musical Freedom showcases the ‘Future Heroes’ in upcoming EP [Preview]

Handpicked by the legend himself, Tiesto has chosen 4 tracks by New York native Jus Jack, HIX, Kaaze, and TV Noise to be part of his “Future Heroes” EP series. Much respect to influential artists such as Tiesto, and Pete Tong with his “Future Stars” segment on his weekly radio show, who continue to supply us with the newest breakthrough tunes and introduce us to emerging talent in the electronic dance music scene. These four electro-house tracks are great “big room” selections, and I am sure we will be hearing more from these rising artists in the coming year. The complete EP will be released via Tiesto’s Musical Freedom label on January 20th.

Enjoy this taste for now, as the full meal will be served in less than two weeks!

Avicii feat. Audra Mae – Dreaming Of Me [Preview]

1471394_10151882897021799_725705227_nAfter an incredible 2013, Avicii has reclaimed the spotlight in dance music worldwide. Coming off the immense success of his debut album, True, it seems like he will continue to roll into the new year in big fashion. His latest production was just previewed in the Le7els podcast and is titled “Dreaming of Me” featuring the ever so soothing vocals of Audra Mae. This new tune exemplifies how Tim continues to experiment with different styles and energy points despite the “mainstream” criticism he often receives,  and his massive success is a testament to that. Stay tuned for more info on a possible release date and prepare for another big year for Avicii.

Bassjackers – Crackin (Martin Garrix Edit) [Preview]

Martin Garrix continues to glorify his already impressive 2013, and is seizing every possible moment to make noise in the dance music industry. The Dutch youngster puts his spin on the Bassjackers’ ‘Crackin’, and gives it yet another big room house spin as we are so used to seeing from artists this year.  At just 17-years-old (Yes, 17), Martin Garrix is climbing high in the popularity charts and after teaming up with Scooter Braun, his rise into the mainstream will continue to flourish.

Landis & Crespo – Funked Up [Release]

Personally, I’m a huge fan of supporting local artists on the rise. During my last visit to Orlando I had to chance to discover local artists Landis and Crespo. Not only did they win the Discovery Project landing them a guest spot to spin B2B at EDC Orlando, they also DJ at some nice nightclubs over there. Here is their latest collaboration “Funked Up” via CR2 Records, which has already gotten support from Chuckie, R3hab, Thomas Gold, Audien, and David Solano. This electro house duo certainly has tons of potential, and this track sounds like it could definitely be a festival favorite. Give it a listen, and if you like it, show some support and grab it via Beatport.

Michael Woods – Ctrl+Alt+Delete (EP) [Release]

After stirring up some drama in South Korea between his manager and Justin Bieber because he wouldn’t fulfill Bieber’s hip-hop request, English producer Michael Woods is back with some fresh new original work. After some fine tuning of a few songs he has been using in his sets, he is releasing a 3-track EP titled “Ctrl+Alt+Delete.” This brilliant 3-track EP is definitely rings true to Michael Woods’ classic progressive/tech house style, and we love his creative new approach to the titles and flowing combinations of the songs. We admire Michael Woods for staying true to his style, while being innovative and unique. Ctrl+Alt+Delete is now available via Beatport on his own label, Diffused Records.

John Dahlbäck – Sirens [Release]

Between traveling the world playing shows, hosting a weekly radio show named Mutants Radio, and starting his own record label, Swedish producer John Dahlbäck has been hard at work. He is currently working on his forthcoming studio album for Ultra Records, and has released a new single, “Sirens.” The track is definitely going for the “big room” electro house sound that every DJ has been trending towards lately. I’m honestly not impressed with this track at all, especially in comparison to his last 2-track release two months on Dim Mak Records “Uh Oh/Walls Come Down,” which still harbors some of his own original style. We need more originality John! Out now on Beatport via Ultra Records.

Dillon Francis feat. TEED – Without You (The Remixes) [Release]

If for some insane reason the original just didn’t do it for you, Dillon Francis proves his beast status by delivering a banging rebirth to his hit single feat. Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs “Without You.” Along with his own re-work, remixes are now available by some major names including Flux Pavilion & Doctor P, Torro Torro, Henry Fog, Treasure Fingers and more. My favorite remixes from the package include Flux & Doctor P’s dubbed out filthy version and the Treasure Fingers remix that manages to give the track an even happier melodic vibe. Let us know what you think of this remix package out now on iTunes via Mad Decent.

Dance music faithfuls have seen Nicky Romero evolved during these past couple years from a dutch banging signature to more of a progressive feel. This time he takes on R3hab & Lucky Date’s “Rip It Up” and delivers a heavy hitting remix. The track kicks off with great vibes, high energy, and leads to a massive drum filled drop. After finishing 7th on DJ Mags Top 100 Poll this year, its clear his fame has risen worldwide and should only continue to thrive as Nicky’s edit to “Rip It Up” is now available via BeatPort on his native record label Protocol Recordings.

Afrojack premieres highly anticipated remix of Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball”

When word came out that Afrojack had remixed Miley Cyrus’ wrecking ball, most of us admittedly criticized Nick for what he was starting to become production wise. He seemed to be going from dance music to more of a mainstream pop feel following the release of “The Spark” and had lost tons of fans in the process. Now that we have a full length preview its safe to say that Afrojack has proven the haters wrong as this 7 minute remix embodies most of the skills that got us to know and love Nick as a producer. Lets hope for dance music’s sake that he sticks to this kind of production and showcases what made him who he is today.

Nari & Milani – Patriots (Original Mix) [Release]

After a crazy amount of success following the release of ‘Atom’ years back, Nari & Milani haven’t quite exceeded expectations with their productions, until today. “Patriots” is the Italian power duo’s latest work which scratches the ever so familiar electro drop and in turn delivers a massive grinding synth throughout. This heavy hitter is now available for purchase on Spinnin’ Records so be sure to grab it on BeatPort while its hot!

Syn Cole – Miami 82 (Avicii Edit) [Release]

First premiered by Pete Tong a few weeks back, we officially have the release of Avicii’s Edit of Sync Cole’s ‘Miami 82′. If you had abandoned the Avicii ship after the Swede had started to play his new folk-house sound, you may think twice after listening to this remix. We always knew Mr. Bergling to be a talented man, and here we see him shifting gears once again. This time it is all about the feel-good melodies, one of the reasons we all first fell in love with recent AMA winner. Building on to the already groovy tune, Avicii gives this track an electro tune-up that you will be jamming out to all night long. This edit of Syn Cole’s masterpiece single will be released via Le7els Records, the very much growing campaign headed by the influential Ash Pournouri. Grab this new edit by Tim now on available on BeatPort and enjoy.
