Nervo – Hold On (Angger Dimas Remix) [Preview]

The Indonesian boy wonder Angger Dimas has kept himself quite busy over the last month with releasing a preview to his “Don’t Look Back in Angger” EP and now his remix to Nervo’s “Hold On” track that is set to be released on May 7th via Astralwerks Records. Angger Dimas keeps the Nervo twins mesmerizing charismatic vocals as the focal point and adds his signature twist with sinister synths, exuberant riffs and a topsy-turvy bass-line that turns this track to an absolute intoxicating banger. Check back soon for the release!

Angger Dimas – Don’t Look Back In Angger (EP) [Preview]

“Don’t Look Back In Angger” is Indonesian young blooded producer, Angger Dimas’s latest EP coming to us off of Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak records.  Angger has had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the biggest names in the EDM industry, at a young age and over time has made tweaks and adjustments to his production style. However this EP is far from his usual output. “Don’t Look Back In Anger” is comprised of a collaborative moombahton track with house veterans, Vandalism, a disco single and of course a heavy hitting electro banger. This EP gives some insight on what Dimas’s upcoming album (set to be released in August) will sound like. Check back for release dates!

Banger Special!

Hey guys. This weeks banger special will be a little different than usual, in the sense that I’m including some very recent tracks that might have slipped under your radar, as well as some tracks that are the older side, but regardless, worth a listen. I’m gonna start off with a Starkillers & Dmitry KO track, “Odessa (Rework 2012)”.  When the original “Odessa” came out, it was an incredible success , and the duo have reedited it for 2012 to have much more of a big room sound and astounding drums that really make you want to move. Next up is a fairly recent track  by Chocolate Puma & Gregor Salto, two of my favorite artists. The song sounds exactly like what you would imagine a collab between the two would sound- a drummy, acid feel with a pounding bassline. Next up I picked out a track from Jack Beats’s most recent EP. This is my favorite track of the bunch, and when you hear the drop at 1:30, you’ll know exactly why I feel that way. The next track I posted is a Michael Calfan remix to “Praise You”. Calfan has recently showed his true colors, showcasing talent that varies from progressive piano house to crazy big room sounds that are featured in “Praise You”. Finally, I included two tracks that officially came out this week but that I believe were extremely underrated. “Toxic Rush” is literally jaw drop worthy, and Atrium shows us yet again that Mr. Dimas can do virtually anything. Enjoy this post and be sure to download every track!

Starkillers & Dmitry KO – Odessa (Rework 2012)

Chocolate Puma & Gregor Salto – Gimme Sum (Original Mix)

Jack Beats ft. Takura – Careless (Original Mix)

Fatboy Slim – Praise You (Michael Calfan Private Edit)

Jewelz & Scott Sparks – Toxic Rush (Original Mix)

Joachim Garraud & Alesia – Atrium (Angger Dimas Remix)

Laidback Luke & Angger Dimas – Night Like This [RELEASE]

When you think of Laidback Luke, words that come to mind might be funky, creative, and drum-filled. Angger Dimas might make you think trippy, eccentric, and wild. When the two collab together, one thing you can be sure of is a massive track that are ALL those words, but that can be summed up in just one: banger. And that it truly is. The track starts off with powerful synths and an intense feel. However, one is definitely taken by surprise at 2:15- the beat is literally a jaw dropper. Finally, at 2:30, the drums come in, something both Laidback Luke and Angger Dimas usually tend to flavor their tracks with. Loving this track and it is definitely indicative of both the artists styles. I also included the main mix for those of you who enjoy a lighter vibe. Download and enjoy!

Steve Aoki, Angger Dimas, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike – Phat Bram [PREVIEW]

After some solid releases with their past collaborations in “Steve Jobs” and “Beat Down” it looks like Steve Aoki and Angger Dimas have struck gold with their newest production “Phat Bram.” The stars of Dim Mak debuted this banger along with Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike yesterday at Tomorrow Land and absolutely crushed the crowd. This wild, dubby, massive track will only contribute to Angger’s rising popularity, not to mention that he has been in the studio working on a new track with our favorite electro star: Tommy Trash. Let me know what you think of this live preview and stay tuned for an official preview and release.

When the incredible likes of Laidback Luke, and the Indonesian star Angger Dimas come together, you can be sure of one thing: MASSIVE banger! Here is an unofficial preview of Luke dropping their newest collabo “Night Like This.” Both LL and Angger’s signature styles can be heard in this tune and I couldn’t be more excited for a release. We will have more info on this track for you as it comes in but judging from the likes of this preview, this is going to be one hell of a track. Stay tuned!!

Banger Special!

This week we have an awesome banger special for you guys. First up is definitely a favorite tune, Cedric Gervais’s “Molly”, which is reworked a bit to form yet another acid banger. Next, we have Angger Dimas’s rendition to “Levels”, which is quite old, however the full version has been almost impossible to find up until now. Next we have a Digital Product remix to Autoerotique’s “WTF”. This track is a bit darker and punchier than the original. Finally, Jerry Rekonius comes forth with a remix to “Always Have Tonight”, putting an electro twist on the track. Download and enjoy!

Steve Aoki feat. Wynter Gordon – Ladi Dadi

A few weeks back we gave you the previews to Steve Aoki and Wynter Gordon’s “Ladi Dadi,”  and now these bangers have been released. My personal favorite comes from the upcoming legend Angger Dimas and I don’t really feel the need to express my obsession with the kid, just know that this remix is one wild trippy ride. Tommy Trash follows his usual signature and Autoerotique brings more of an electro feel to the track. Let me know which download you enjoy the most!!

You can hear both Angger and the Bassjackers powerful styles throughout RIA.  No word yet on the release date but it should be far down the road as a real preview has yet to surface. In the meantime enjoy this exclusive radio rip and let me know what you think of this banger!!

Finally, after much anticipation comes the remixes to Afrojack & R3hab’s “Prutataaa” This remix package includes bangers from the likes of Dada Life, Angger Dimas, and Darth & Vader. Although we gave you the link to Dada’s remix a while back, here is the full HQ version. The swedes put their signature style on the track and dada fuck the shit out of it. Angger Dimas puts a whole new twist to Prutataaa giving it a wild and powerful house feel while Darth & Vader go dubcore. Personally I love Angger’s remix the most but thats just because of my obsession with the kid. Let me know which is your favorite. ENJOY!!

Angger goes with the dubcore remix while Trash sticks to his signature electro style. Which one do you think is going to get the crown for better remix? ENJOY!!
