Cazzette vs Baauer – Harlem Shake (Cazzette’s Ultra Bootleg) [Release]
The dub-house duo under Ash Pournouri’s PRMD Records have released their take on Baauer’s famous “Harlem Shake.” Cazzette took upon themselves to turn this track into a dubstep wobble filled banger on par with most of their high energy productions. If you are in NYC tomorrow night check them out at Pacha NYC and let us know if they drop this free killer bootleg. Enjoy!

Aluna George – Attracting Flies (Baauer Remix) [Release]
An artist that really stood out during WMC was the Harlem Shake creator, Baauer. With surprisingly fresh musical material, Baauer had his crowds at nearly every performance (club, festival, and private parties) going absolutely bananas to his sets. This song in particular stood out to me and was recently release by the young producer. His remix to Aluna George’s “Attracting Flies” is the perfect mix of tasteful catchy lyrics with a funky beat, the ideal track. Far from his infamous “Harlem Shake” this track exemplifies Baauer’s ability to differentiate himself from stereotypical house music.

At this point, you get the feeling that Baauer was getting a bit scared that his mega track known as none other than “Harlem Shake” may be beginning to give us that “Levels” or “Gangnam Style” feel because of its virility. We don’t have too much info on the live rip of his VIP to Harlem Shake but all we know that he has been dropping it live and it has got crowds raging harder than the original. More details on this alleged Baauer VIP mix as we get it!

Nero – Won’t You (Be There) (Baauer Remix) [PREVIEW]
I’m a sucker for those rare occasions when producers get a little freaky and decide to switch up the genre of a track whether it be from rap to trap, rock to house, or even some funky twists on a mainstream radio song. Who better to put a little trap twist on dubstep duo Nero’s track “Won’t You,” than the infamous Baauer. Loving the way this track is coming together as you can see how well Baauer is dealing with his rise to fame. The young gun will only get bigger and better if he can keep on putting out tracks like this. Stay tuned for the release coming soon!
