Two of the most diverse producers in the game in Felix Cartal & Clockwork have teamed up along with Madame Buttons on the vocals to deliver a banging electro house collabo titled “The Fire.” This track is bound to climb the BeatPort charts as it perfectly showcases the talents of both Cartal and Clockwork who have been working on this production for quite a while. Clockwork – Surge (EP) [Release]
Clockwork is one of the most interesting and influential producers in the EDM industry to date. His ability to thrive in multiple genres of EDM simultaneously is absolutely baffling. Under the alias, “RL Grime” he nearly monopolizes the trap genre with his various remixes, and production, while at the opposite end of the spectrum he is able to maintain what has become the house hold name, Clockwork. His accomplishments are extremely impressive, and he always seems to be busy with one title or the other. His newest EP entitled “Surge” is scheduled to be released February 12th via Dim Mak Records, so make sure to check back with us. The EP is composed of an original production called “Tremor” as well as a collaboration with Ms.Wynter Gordon.

Autoerotique – Roll The Drums (Clockwork Remix) [RELEASE]
Recently it seems like progressive house music seems to be on the decline, constantly being criticized by fans of house music and EDM alike. As a result a somewhat new, unnamed genre of EDM has risen to the surface, and is quickly gaining popularity. It perfectly combines the intensity, drops and build ups of electro house tracks as well as more mellow beats and lyrics you would typically find on an average progressive track. Clockwork’s remix of “Roll The Drums” by Autoerotique serves as a perfect example of this unidentified genre, and wow is it a fucking banger! This kid has some serious talent, his recent collaboration with A-Trak on Zedd’s “Spectrum” is also an extremely noteworthy single for the young producer coming out of Los Angeles.

Zedd feat Matthew Koma – Spectrum (A-Trak & Clockwork Remix) [RELEASE]
So I don’t need to remind you about A-Trak’s recent success in the past couple of months in producing electro house, as his remixes of Justice’s “New Lands”, and Martin Solveig’s “The Night Out” speak for themselves. However It seems like the extremely experienced Montreal born, producer/DJ has decided to kick it up a notch and team up with American producer, Clockwork to create this remix of Zedd’s “Spectrum”. The track possesses somewhat of a progressive vibe to it, with a electro-synth type drop. This remix shares some similarities with A-Trak’s recent work, however clockworks contribution, as well as Zedds original production, help this one stand out and make it different than what we are used to from A-Trak. This track is set to be released on July 31st along with the rest of the remixes on the Spectrum EP, however we have an early release for you guys, enjoy!
