artworks-000051699791-tgbq4s-t500x500Remember Dirty South’s massive jam with Those Usual Suspects in “Walking Alone” ? Maarcos was one of the three people under the “Those Usual Suspects” moniker, and now his hot single “Blaze” has been edited by Phazing Record head Dirty South. This edit was premiered on hit Essential Mix, as well as his amazing sets at UMF Miami. “Blaze” features melodic chords, and now a dark progressive drop from DS makes up a recipe fit for summer. You’ll have to deal with this teaser for now, as this edit will be released on July 15th on none other than Phazing Records.

UMF 15: Exploring Beyond The Main Stage [Review]

4-Major-Lazer12While Ultra Music Festival stacks its main stage with the elite producers in the dance music industry, every year features new sets performed at their other respective stages that truly highlight the essence of an individual’s UMF experience. Last year, I had finally popped my UMF cherry and this year I made a promise to look beyond the main stage and explore the rest of the new stages that had been prepared. The execs at Ultra made that easy with the schedules they generated. I was able to attend both weekends, and write about which sets away from the main stage had the greatest effect on my Ultra Music Festival 2013 experience.

Dirty South – Super Sounds [Release]

In an effort to prevent heads from exploding in the anticipation of the release of his album, “Speed of Life”, Dirty South has decided to give his fans a little taste of a delicious collection of tunes. “Super Sounds” starts off very energetic with some hard and funky electro which Dragan breaks down into a dark beat. About half way into the track, the Aussie puts your mind into another world by completely slowing everything down, then sending it right back into the initial banging melody. Just a little more than a week until we get the rest of what seems to be a fantastic album in the making so everyone sit tight!

Dirty South & Deniz Koyu – Halo [Release]

Deniz Koyu and Dirty South have joined forces to finally put out the official release to their newest collabo via Phazing Records on February 4th. “Halo” has been playing in both of their sets for a while now and we just heard it live a few weekends ago at Lavo NYC. Overall nothing too special with this track. Just your basic feel good house music with styles of both Dirty South and Deniz clearly incorporated. Let me know what you think….

Dirty South & Michael Brun – Rift [RELEASE]

Dirty South is back with yet another progressive jam off of his Phazing label. This collabo with Michael Brun titled “Rift” has been playing in his sets for a while now and with its signature smooth sounds there is no telling why. Dirty South has mastered progressive/house melodies this year and is really growing into one of the more popular producers in the genres community. “Rift” is truly a beautiful track and a worthy testament to all of Dirty South’s accomplishments thus far in his career. Let me know what you think of this new track and be sure to catch it on BeatPort with a special cyber monday discount!

Dirty South – City Of Dreams Tour @ Roseland Ballroom NYC [EVENT]

Dirty South has been on quite a roll for the past few months. From remixes of “Devils Work” to “Embrace Me” he has slowly but surely been leaving his mark on the EDM community. Most recently, Dirty South has been celebrating his highly acclaimed anthem  “City Of Dreams.” This collabo with Alesso took the BeatPort charts by storm and now Dragan looks to continue his success with a massive tour around the U.S.

One of the biggest stops on the tour and what is sure to be a huge milestone in Dragan’s career is his upcoming show in NYC at the Roseland Ballroom, Saturday October 20th. Everyone rager in NY knows that Roseland is the biggest stage and best crowd so having a talent like Dirty South perform a long with the Frenchman Gregori Klosman and Mord Fustang will undoubtedly be a show for the ages. Also making slated to perform is the youngster Tyler Sherritt who is also set to headline at Cielo this Thursday night. Be sure to get your tickets for this Saturday night ASAP as this event is close to selling out. We will see you there!

Dirty South & Alesso feat. Ruben Haze – City Of Dreams [RELEASE]

Ever since the debut of “City of Dreams” at Creamfields in Australia, a majority of us fans have been long awaiting for this release from the two big time producers in Alesso and Dirty South. Even though they are constantly heckling each other to our amusement (via twitter), this track is proof that the two have a sound for music that is unique and fit for excellence.   We have been waiting for this anthem for mostly all of this summer and it is finally here via Phazing Records. Check it out on BeatPort and keep your ears open this weekend at Electric Zoo for this massive tune. ENJOY!!

Dirty South and Alesso – City Of Dreams [PREVIEW]

First things first, Dirty South put on one of the greatest performances I have ever seen yesterday at Electric Daisy Carnival. He used such a wide range of different tracks rather than just replaying the most popular house songs we heard from other artists over the weekend. At some point during his perfect set he found the opportunity to debut his new progressive banger with long time friend Alesso that had performed on that same stage a day earlier. For those of you who are unawake Dirty South and Alesso are known to have a whacky relationship, constantly messing with each other via twitter, but are bros at the end of the day. This track showcases their chemistry and I have really taken to it. Can’t wait for the release!

Miike Snow – Devil’s Work (Dirty South Remix) [RELEASE]

We have heard the outcome of Dirty South’s production skills mixed with the musical talents of Miike Snow in the past when he brought us his remix of Silvia, but at this point I’m tempted to say that I think this track may be slightly better. There’s just something about the auto-tune and synth that link up so well on this one, I’ve been waiting for this one for some time, and wow does the official version live up to expectation!  Dragan Roganović, aka Dirty South debuted this remix at Pacha NYC some months ago, and there has been a ton of hype following Miami music week and ultra, and we have got our hands on it a little early for you guys so enjoy!

Im not going to get too descriptive on this one. Dirty South, the Serbian DJ/producer that I’m sure you’re all familiar with and Mark Ronson, the English DJ/producer who with all his success has still managed to keep his underground persona, come together to give you Stop Me. This masterpiece was created in 07′ and for all of you who are not familiar, get familiar, this ones a classic. Enjoy!

Dirty South & Thomas Gold

After so much praise and success with their first collabo “Alive,” Dirty South, Thomas Gold, and Kate Elsworth are back at it. Coming off of Phazing Records comes the highly anticipated production: “Eyes Wide Open.” Although it would be very hot to top “Alive,” this is as close as it gets. With stunning vocals and a feel good drop, this progressive beat will certainly not disappoint. ENJOY!!!

One of the big tracks that SHM played at MSG included the debut of “Quasar,” Hard Rock Sofa’s upcoming banger off of Axtone. Here is a HQ rip of the mashup of Quasar with “Coming Home” and Daft Punks “Aerodynamic.” This track has been on repeat for me and I am sure you will enjoy this massive tune as much as I do and be sure to check back for the full release of Quasar!!

Dirty South & Thomas Gold – Eyes Wide Open (PREVIEW)

Yesterday was a big day for BBC Radio 1 with Pete Tong, his first essential mix of the new year. Pete brought in the new year with a special over the phone guest Skrillex, and a world debut of Dirty South & Thomas Gold’s new track “Eyes Wide Open”. Their new track sounds very similar to their previous one and not nearly as good, but definitely a note worthy. Personally I prefer “Alive” to this preview because it was an original sound and something were not used to from either of the producers but it doesn’t seem like they’ve changed much on this track, give it a listen let us know what you think. “Eyes Wide Open” is to be released on January 23 by Phazing Records.

Angello and Ingrosso Preview I Can’t Help Myself (Tim Mason Remix)

After hearing endless numbers of killer tracks coming out of Ibiza via voice notes from friends, videos on line, or just hearing about the crazy sets dropped at clubs like in Ibiza like Pacha, Space and Ushuaia I cant help but be extremely jealous of those who got to experience it all first hand, and I cant wait to book my trip there ASAP. This summer especially DJ’s and producers have made it a trend to drop new tracks of their own, or even others at clubs in Ibiza and were bringing them to you here on bleed house enjoy!

Not only is the artwork for this track bugged out, but Dirty South and Thomas Gold (personally my favorite artist this year) might actually  be the best collaboration of artists yet to exist, this song truly couldn’t get any better, and i just dont have the words to describe it, amazing and trippy is as close as i can come to analyzing it, it seems like the official version will be out sometime soon but for now this Pete Tong radio rip will have to suffice
