Alesso – Years (Hard Rock Sofa Remix) [Release]

Years-Hard-Rock-Sofa-RemixRecently showcased as the soundtrack to the UMF Phase 2 video, “Years” was one of the tracks that heavily contributed to the explosion of Alesso. The young Swede has showed this Russian duo a lot of love constantly inserting “Here We Go” and “Quasar” into his sets. Perhaps it was time to return the favor, as Hard Rock Sofa takes on the challenge of successfully remixing one of the more popular songs in the EDM world to date. This banger is up right your alley if you are a house head. Let us know what you think and be sure to grab this tune on Beatport via Refune Records.

Calvin Harris & Ne-Yo – Let’s Go (Swanky Tunes & Hard Rock Sofa Remix) [RELEASE]

When Calvin Harris originally collaborated with Ne-Yo to compose their single “Let’s Go” I was excited to hear the finished product but also somewhat skeptical of the ramifications. Unfortunately the track became a way too overplayed mainstream radio single, which is a shame. However two Russian collaborative production groups who go by the names Swanky Tunes, and Hard Rock Sofa have combined to salvage what they could of this radio disaster and put together a completely different sounding remix of it. Debuted by Nicky Romero at Tomorrowland this past summer, the track has already started to gain popularity.

Hard Rock Sofa & Swanky Tunes – Here We Go [RELEASE]

I believe this track was first debuted by SHM when they headlined at Coachella this past year. Hard Rock Sofa and Swanky Tunes team up to give us an acidic banger via Axtone. These two groups have been making music together for quite a while and it always results in a hit. Let me know what you think “Here We Go” and be sure to check out our recent interview with Hard Rock Sofa. ENJOY!!

Hard Rock Sofa – [INTERVIEW]

A couple of weeks back we had the pleasure of interviewing the popular house music duo that goes by the name of “Hard Rock Sofa”. The two wild Russian producers that make up Hard Rock Sofa are Alexander Shapovalov and Denis Chepikov, and we were able to get in a quick Q&A with them before their performance at XS Nigh Club in Las Vegas. Check it out!

Hard Rock Sofa – Just Can’t Stay Away [RELEASE]

We had the pleasure of interviewing this crazy Russian House Duo, sometime last month in Las Vegas before they performed at XS nightclub and damn do these guys know how to party. Often associated with Swanky Tunes, whom they collaborate and produce many tracks with, their most recent joint productions being Apogee, and The Edge. However Possessing similar production styles and sounds Hard Rock Sofa also seems to have the ability to produce dissimilar tracks to Swanky, such as this one which is more  progressive sounding. This track simply exemplifies HRS’s ability to think outside the box and experiment with something that isn’t their normal sound or genre of house. Often when house music artists attempt doing so the product isn’t always so successful however that is not the case in this situation. A lot more mellow than what we usually hear from them but I’m definitely feeling this one let me know what you think. Click here to check out our interview with these guys!

Swanky Tunes & Hard Rock Sofa – The Edge [RELEASE]

It never ceases to amaze us the way Hard Rock Sofa and Swanky Tunes make such an impeccable team. Thinking back, the duo impressed us with more than just a couple of bangers; think “Steam Gun”, “Phantom”, “Smolengrad”, “United”…the list goes on. Coming off Afrojack’s Wall Recordings, this track is absolutely massive, featuring high pitched synths and big room bass that are the perfect ingredients for a grade A banger. Enjoy!!!

Release Date: May 28th

Analogital (The Remixes) [RELEASE]

A few weeks ago, Marco V put out his new hit “Analogital” and now we have some really amazing remixes via Tao Recordings. Usually when a remix package comes out for any song, there is the good and the bad, but this time ALL of the artist delivered MASSIVE bangers on par if not better than the original. Hard Rock Sofa’s remix is the closest to the original as they go electro, the Bassjackers hit it with some heavy white noise, and First State absolutely kills it with a banging drop! Another remix which I really am getting around to is Vida’s. You can preview it below and we will have the download link for you shortly. Let me know which you like best!!

Hard Rock Sofa – Quasar [RELEASE]

Hard Rock Sofa finally puts out their much anticipated hit “Quasar.” This banger was first heard by the world at the Swedish House Mafia @Madison Square Garden and has been famous ever since. With a heavy drum filled build up and a powerful drop, this banger has to be one of the biggest releases of 2012. Axtone has done in once again! ENJOY!!

The Edge – Swanky Tunes & Hard Rock Sofa

There is no better feeling than waking up on a Sunday morning to some ear candy, especially in a house music drought like were in right now. Recently the big dogs and super producers have not been living up to expectations in the studio, mostly because they’re all busy on tours or doing holiday performances. But not to fear Hard Rock Sofa and Swanky Tunes who blew up in 2011 in the EDM world, are taking advantage of these artists absences and turning the game out! With bangers such as Quessar and a shit-load of remixes, these Russian House producers collaborations are works of art and unstoppable. They are taking over the entire industry and there is no telling what they will do next! Here’s a preview of their newest track together called “The Edge” and will undoubtably be a massive track in 2012, let us know what you think, and stay tuned!

QUASAR IS COMING HOME

One of the big tracks that SHM played at MSG included the debut of “Quasar,” Hard Rock Sofa’s upcoming banger off of Axtone. Here is a HQ rip of the mashup of Quasar with “Coming Home” and Daft Punks “Aerodynamic.” This track has been on repeat for me and I am sure you will enjoy this massive tune as much as I do and be sure to check back for the full release of Quasar!!

Hard Rock Sofa – Quasar (PREVIEW)

For those of you who have recently heard or searched for a so called “remix of coming home” you are greatly mistaken, because “Quasar” is way more than just a remix, this is a completely new remake by Hard Rock Sofa, that has gained popularity from it’s debuts  by Swedish House Mafia at multiple gigs such as their concert at Madison Square Garden. This track will be released on Axtone, no telling when though so be sure to check back with us and have a Happy New Year, from the Bleed House team!

SENDING MY LOVE (THE REMIXES)

Dating back to this past summer, R3hab and Swanky Tunes “Sending My Love” has remained a huge hit. Today a flurry of remixes have been released including the likes of Afrojack, Hard Rock Sofa, Kaskade, Tommy Trash, and Cazzette. Although Afrojack’s is more of an edit than a remix, I prefer his over the others. Hard Rock Sofa also kills it and I think Kaskade and Tommy Trash could have both done better, their remixes were not up to par im my opinion. Let me know which one you like the best! ENJOY!

Swanky New Beat

This bomb was dropped by Axwell as he was ending his Carlsberg tour this past summer. Its a hard hitting banger, collaboration by the awesome duo of Hard Rock Sofa and Swanky Tunes, it has a hard hitting bass and a sample of the same “whoa” from Afrojack’s Prutataa, and a bunch of crazy synth loving it. You can catch in on BeatPort, and its got a pretty dank title too, give it a listen!

Bang

[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zM5T6_fQCY&w=560&h=349]

Has Chuckie been on a run or what? It seems like he has always been up there when talking about the best DJ’s for the past few years and he does not disappoint with his remix of bang it all. Trust me; you will be hearing this banger at your next rave.

Bang It All (Chuckie Remix) – Mastiksoul & Dada feat. Akon & Paul G

Daddyrock (Arty Remix) – Sander Van Doorn – From the start to about 3 min you’ll get a steady house song which then builds a long relaxing buildup and hits you with the hard trippy drop at 5.

Blizzard (Original Mix) – Patrick La Funk & Inpetto

Swanky tunes makes its bleed house appearance with two hits. I felt they deserved a post because both of these songs are big contributors to the progressive house movement and im all for it. Enjoy.

New Philosophy (Swanky Tunes Vocal Remix) – Hard Rock Sofa

The Sound Of The Times (Swanky Tunes Remix) – Robbie Rivera feat. Ana Criado

with love,

Jonka
